Sarah Elizabeth "Lizzy" Phillips, 61, of Oliver Springs, died Sunday, July 7, 2013, in Methodist Medical Center, Oak Ridge.She was preceded in death by her parents, Bart Phillips and Opal Mae Graham Phillips.Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, July 10, in Rock Hill Baptist Church, with Pastors Otis Phillips, Houston Carroll, Mike Wankowski and Murl Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at New Pilot Cemetery. Sharp Funeral Home, Oliver Springs, is in charge of arrangements.
