<!-- FH = BAILEY, TRACY -->PHILLIPS, Sarah Elizabeth (Libby), born March 3, 1952, died April 2, 2013, age 61. Libby was the daughter of the late Dr. Neil Phillips and Elaine Phillips of Tampa, Florida. She grew up on Davis Islands and graduated from Plant High School. Libby worked in the travel industry for over 40 years. Her career began with the cruise lines and continued with travel agencies, including AAA Travel. She was a lifelong member of First Baptist, Tampa and was baptized there in 1971. She played in the orchestra for over 13 years. Libby loved to play the piano, travel, and spend time with her dog "Max". Music was the love of her life. She battled cancer for five years. She is survived by her cousin, Ben Battle, Jr. MD and her friends and co-workers, whom she considered her family. Her Memorial Service will be at First Baptist Church, Tampa in the sanctuary at 11:00 am Friday, April 5, 2013. Visitation will be at 10:30 am. Friends are asked to wear something "PURPLE" in honor of Libby. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Judeo Christian Ministries in memory of Sarah (Libby) Phillips.
