April 2, 2012 Sarah D. Johnson, 97, of Syracuse, NY, passed away Monday at Loretto Cunningham. Born in Portland Point, NY, she was raised in Geneva, NY and graduated from Geneva High School Class of 1932. Predeceased by her first husband, John Schulmister; her second husband, Frederick Johnson; her parents, Abbott and Anna Deeb; siblings, Laura John, Julia Harrington, Camel Deeb, Louise Deeb, Martha Fazzari, Esther Ferris, Michael Deeb, and Sam Deeb. Sarah is survived by her stepdaughter, Alice Brush; one sister, Betty Eassa; sister-in-law, Margaret Deeb; brother-in-law, John Ferris; and many nieces, nephews, great-nephews, and great-nephews. At her request, burial will be in Bradenton, FL. The family would like to thank the staff at the Cunningham Building on the 8th floor for the care and compassion given to Sarah during her time there.
