Sara L. Age 59 of 3179 S. Main Street, Horseheads, NY, passed away Sunday, November 11, 2001 at the St. Joseph's Hospital. Sara was born in Elmira, NY, daughter of the late Edwin and Norma (Conklin) Strong. Survivors include son, Rob (Hope) Strong of Elmira; brothers, Budd (Carol) Strong of Horseheads, NY and Larry (Reon) Strong of Minden, LA; sisters, Joan (Richard) Haynes of Elmira and Shirley Schmick of Apex, NC; grandchildren, Molly and Joshua Strong, both of Elmira; Aunt, Floreha Conklin of Elmira. Brother, Jack predeceased Sara. Family and Friends are invited to call Thursday, November 15, 2001 from 6 to 8 PM at the James D. Barrett Funeral Home. Memorial Service will be held at 8:00 PM with Reverend Larry Parker officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.
