Sara Rose Bennett (nee Fazzio), on Sunday, January 22, 2012, age 88. Beloved wife of the late Clive Alden Bennett; loving mother of Stanley N. (Betty) Bennett of Clayton and Patricia R. (Mark) Baer of Williamstown; grandmother of Sara Jean Federici, Matthew M. Baer, Maxwel J. Baer, Brian A. Bennett, Allison G. Bennett and Karen E. Bennett; great-grandmother of 4; sister of John and Frank Fazzio, Mary Mancuso, Millie Fichera and Angie Rapchick. She was predeceased by her parents Felix and Rosalia (Lombardo) Fazzio, brothers Sam, Joe and Tony Fazzio and sister Vera DePrince. Born and raised in Glassboro, Sara resided in Turnersville and Mullica Hill before settling in Clayton in 2001. She was a 1942 graduate of Glassboro High School, a parishioner of St. Catherine of Siena in Clayton, a 25+ year member and several-time past president of the Golden Slipper Club and enjoyed crafts and gardening. Her favorite pastime was playing mandolin with a group of friends. Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Tuesday, January 24, 2012 from 7:00PM to 9:00PM at the BARCLAY FUNERAL HOME, 208 Maple Street, Clayton. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, January 25, 2012 at 11:00AM at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 49 W. North St., Clayton. Interment at Harleigh Cemetery, Camden.
