Obituary of Sandy-L. Johnson


SANDY L. JOHNSON Mrs. Sandy L. Johnson, 53, of Port St. Lucie, FL passed away Monday, July, 18, 2005 at Jupiter Medical Center in Florida. She moved to Port St. Lucie one year ago from Seven Hills, Oh. Sandy worked for Info Access.net in Independence, Oh for 13 years and was an avid decorator. She loved spending time with her family and friends and always put others first. Everyone that knew Sandy, loved her. Predeceased by her mother Josephine Griffin, sister Karen Griffin, both of Seven Hills, OH, mother in-law Lola Johnson, father in-law William O. Johnson, and brother in-law William R. "Sunny" Johnson, all from Roan Mountain, Tennessee. Sandy is survived by her husband of 33 years Edward Keith Johnson, 2 daughters Michelle Johnson and Elaine Johnson, son David Johnson, father Jerry Griffin and stepmother Augusta Griffin, 2 sons-in-law Dennis Hurley and Andrew Papesh, her grandson Joshua Hurley, all from Port St. Lucie, FL, sister in-law Jean Shell from Tennessee and many beloved friends that knew her. Please send donations to the Breast Cancer Foundation. A poem from her husband Keith, A Rose which Gold has gathered home, Whose memory will be emblazoned in the minds of all who knew her forever. Visitation will be from 2:00 - 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 21st at Forest Hills Funeral Home in Palm City followed by a funeral service at 4:00 PM at the funeral home.
