SANDRA TRACISMITH, 43Medical Assistant LAKELAND - Sandra Traci Smith, 43, died Sunday, June 22 at Lakeland Regional Medical Center due to heart failure. Ms. Smith was born on May 26, 1965, in Lakeland, FL. She was a student at Everest University and was finishing her externship as a medical assistant at Clark & Daughtery Medical Group before graduating in August. She was preceded in death by her father, Lonnie L. Smith and her son, Dustin Lee Partin. She is survived by her fiance, Russ Snyder, Lakeland, her son, Joshua Partin, Lakeland and daughter, Kara Partin, Tampa. She is also survived by her mother, Marla (Cliff) Summers, Winter Haven and sister, Michelle (Ben) Anderson, Lakeland. A celebration of life will be held in her honor on Wednesday, July 2, 2008 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at the main clubhouse at Carlton Arms North in Lakeland. Lakeland Funeral Home.
