SMITH, Sandra "Sandy" Lee, 41, of Palm Harbor, formerly of New Port Richey, passed away Sunday, January 4, 2004 at Tampa General Hospital after a long illness. She was born in Providence, R.I. and moved to Palm Harbor from New Port Richey in July 2003. She moved to New Port Richey from Jasper, Texas in 1998. She was a homemaker and of the Catholic faith. She is survived by two sons, Brian Keith Haines, and Cory Martin Haines both of Texas; mother and step-dad, Carol P. & Rudy Barber of Palm Harbor; father, Fred R. Smith of Warwick, R.I.; two brothers, David J. Smith and Jeffrey M. Smith both of Warwick, R.I.; step-brother, Charles J. Barber of Jasper, Ala.; one sister, Lisa M. Blair of Warwick, R.I.; four step- sisters, Nancy L. Piacenti of Providence, R.I., Patricia Kent of Warwick, R.I., Cathy T. Morris and Christine M. Haines both of West Warwick, R.I.
