Sandra Lee Williams Sandra Lee (Sayre) Williams, age 78, of Nashville, Ark., formerly of LaBelle, passed away Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2007, in Nashville, Ark. She was born Aug.13, 1929 in Indianapolis, Ind., to Russell A. and Clara A. Taflinger Sayre. She was a homemaker and a veterinarian assistant. She moved to Nashville in the early 1970"s with her husband where they started a veterinarian practice. She was a protestant. She loved cooking, working on the farm beside her husband and she loved animals. She was a member of Tri Delta Sorority. She was preceded in death by four sons, Steve, Lee, Mark and Hank Williams. Survivors include her husband of 57 years, Dr. Jack Williams of Nashville, Ark.; daughter, Donalyn Williams of Nashville, Ark. and a host of friends. Graveside services were held Tuesday, Sept. 18, at Ortona Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials to Howard County Children"s Center, 1577 Hwy. 371 West, Nashville, Ark. 71852. All arrangements were under the direction of Akin-Davis Funeral Home, LaBelle and Nashville Funeral Home, Nashville, Ark.
