Memorial service for Sandra L. Taylor, 67, will be 12 noon Saturday, January 27, at the Southeast Border Collie Rescue League, Inc., 400 Kepler Road, DeLand. Friends with well-mannered dogs may attend with their pet. Sandra was born March 9, 1939, to Chester A. and Eva M. Taylor and passed away January 21, 2007, at the Hospice Care Center, Port Orange. Ms. Taylor worked as a controller for Ferrell-Cheek Steel Foundry. In 1993, she moved to Florida and took a position with Central Florida Family Health Center and was a founding officer of Southeast Border Collie Rescue League, Inc. She is survived by her caregiver and best friend, Jerry Carter, DeLand.
