WISCONSIN RAPIDS, Wis. Sandra E. Cyr, 40, passed away Aug. 11, 2008, in Wisconsin Rapids, Wis. She was born Oct. 17, 1967, in Southington, Conn., daughter of Patrick Cyr and Norma Putchell of Millinocket. She is survived by three sons, Alex and Sam Mingo of Port Edwards, Wis., and Jamie Lee Vilbaun of Wisconsin Rap-ids, Wis.; two brothers, David and Lester Cyr of Millinocket; one sister, Nichol Cyr of Glenburn; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 22, at Millinocket Cemetery. A luncheon will be held afterward at Bert and Judy Moody's, Pamola Park.
