Sandra "Sandy" Anne Taylor, 67, died Dec. 8, 2012, at her home. She was born in Niagara Falls, N.Y., and lived in Fort Pierce for three years, coming from Buffalo, N.Y. Before retirement, she was employed by the Kenmore Public School System in New York for 30 years. She was of the Catholic faith. She was formerly president of the Kenmore Schools Support Staff Union, Springville Country Club Women's Division and Brighton Park Country Club Women's Division and secretary of the tennis club and golf club at Spanish Lakes Fairways. Survivors include her husband, Robert "Bob" Taylor of Fort Pierce; daughters, Careen A. Stauffiger of Kenmore, N.Y., and Janeen M. Crosson of Angola, N.Y.; stepson, Robert K. Taylor Jr. of Portland, Maine; sisters, Gail Rogers of Punta Gorda, Darlene Sturak of Fort Pierce; and three grandchildren.
