Samuel Wall CHESNEE, SC-- Samuel Lee Wall, 84, of Chesnee, SC passed away on Monday, October 14, 2013. He was the husband of Pauline Busbin Wall. Mr. Wall was a native of Spartanburg County and a son of the late Ellis and Mamie Compton Wall. He worked in textiles was and a member of Fairview Baptist Church. In addition to his wife he is survived by one brother: John Wall; grandchildren: Todd George, Greg George, and Tracy Thrift; and six great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by three brothers: Walker, Dennis, and Billy Wall. The family will receive friends Thursday, October 17, 2013 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm at Eggers Funeral Home of Boiling Springs. Funeral services will immediately follow visitation at Eggers Funeral Home Chapel of Boiling Springs at 2:00 pm officiated by Rev. Ty Childers and Rev. Gary Adkins. Interment will follow at Springhill Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the home of the granddaughter Tracy Thrift, 252 Phillips Drive, Cowpens, SC 29330.
