SMITH, Dr. Samuel Ivan March 3, 1923 - July 28, 2004 The family of Dr. Samuel Ivan Smith would like to announce the passing of their father on July 28, 2004. Funeral services will be held at Northwest Pentecostal Assembly Church, 9949 - 169 Avenue, Edmonton on Tuesday, August 3, 2004 at 2:00 p.m. Ivan Smith passed away at the age of 81 years. Ivan was predeceased by his wife Yvonne. He is lovingly remembered by his daughters Cheryl Smith-John, Rosalind Smith, Michele Smith; his son-in-law Beresford John; his granddaughter Shaylagh John as well as other family and friends.
