Salvatore Romano, 25, son of Giovanna (Joanne) DeLucia Romano and the late Nicola Romano of Patten Road, North Haven, died March 27, 2011, at his home.Sal was born in New Haven, March 9, 1986. He was a 2005 graduate of North Haven High School and was the owner and operator of Romano Landscaping L.L.C. for the past seven years.He is survived by brothers, Angelo (Kim) Romano and Michael Romano, all of North Haven; grandparents, Virginia DeLucia, of North Haven, Angelo and Marchilia Romano, of Italy; a nephew, Nicholas Romano, and a niece, Lia Romano; his girlfriend, Michelle Zulawski, of North Haven; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his maternal grandfather, Salvatore DeLucia. A funeral Mass was celebrated April 1 at St. Frances Cabrini Church. Committal services were held at All Saints Cemetery.
