April 7, 1919 March 4, 2006 Sally was predeceased by her husband, Wayne C. Smith, Jr. parents, William and Amanda Shockey two brothers and one sister. She is survived by sons: James A. Leick, wife Marian, and John K. Leick, wife Carol daughter, Judy A. Leick Kent, husband Ron sisters, Alma Baird and Roxie Gwin grandsons, Jason Leick, Eric Leick, Christian Leick granddaughter, Joy Leick and six great-grandchildren. She was a member of Southminster Presbyterian Church. Services will be at 1 p.m., Wed., March 8, 2006, at Greenlawn Funeral Home South.
