HOWARD, Mrs. Susan, 97, daughter of the late William and Susan Jones Allen of Bullock County, AL, passed away Wednesday, April 6, 2005. Fu-neral services will be held Monday, April 11, 2005 at 1:00 pm from the High Ridge Baptist Church. The Reverend Booker T. Toney, Pastor will deliver the eulogy. Interment will follow in Inverness Cemetery, Hall's Crossroads Community. Lov-ing survivors include two sisters, Martha Pearison, Ft. Walton Beach, FL and Ethel Pearison, Union Springs, AL; two grandchildren, Do-retha King, Macon, GA and Mer-cedes McBride, Pittsburgh, PA; two great grandchildren, Ranitress King, Macon, GA and Bobby V. King, Tampa, FL; four great grandchil-dren that reside in Tampa, FL; daughter-in-law, Mercedes Mack, McKeesport, PA and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and sorrowing friends. Mrs. Howard will lie-in-state at the church from 12:00 noon until the funeral hour.The Caring Staff of Carter Funeral Home will direct all services.
