Sister Albert Marie Williams, SA (Justina Williams), a Franciscan Sister of the Atonement, died on Thursday, February 14, 2002. She was 91 years old. Sister Albert Marie was born on July 14, 1910 in Bay Bulls, Newfoundland, Canada to James Williams and Agatha O'Dea. She completed her high school as a young women. In 1940, Sister joined the Franciscan Sisters of the Atonement at Garrison, NY. In 1942 she professed her first vows and received her final vows in 1947. As an Atonement Missionary she ministered in various houses of the Congregation in Washington, DC., Philadelphia, PA, Brooklyn, NY, and New York City before coming to minister at the Motherhouse at Graymoor. Sister is predeceased by her parents, and two brother, Thomas and Ethelberg. The Liturgy of Christian Burial will be at the Motherhouse Chapel on Saturday February 16 at 11 am. Burial will be in the Sisters' Cemetery at Graymoor. Funeral arrangements by Dorsey-Carlone Funeral Home, Peekskill.
