DAVIS, Searcy Douglas,age 87 passed away Sunday, May 10, 2009 at Baptist hospital. Mr. Davis waspreceded in death by twobrothers, Coleman Davis andRollins Davis. He is survived byhis wife, Myra B. Davis; twochildren Jim Davis, Dianne(Barry) Parrish; one brother,J.W. Davis; three sisters, OlaFulton, Mackie Moore, Martha Bradley; three grandchildren, Laura, Katie and DavidParrish. Mr. Davis served inthe United States Air Force for20 years prior to retirement,then he worked in Civil Service for many years. Funeralservices will be held at LeakMemory Chapel on Wednesday, May 13, 2009 at 2:00p.m. with Rev. Mike Stephensofficiating.
