SMITH, SANDRA LYNN age 56 of Tarrant, while surrounded by her loving family, left this walk of life to meet her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ on Saturday, April 14, 2012. She was preceded in death by her brother, Skipper McKinney and grandparents, William H. and Lucille McKinney. Those left to cherish her love and memories are her son, Shawn Shaneyfelt; granddaughter, Shana Beasley; grandsons, Shawn Lee Beasley, Christopher, Cole, Coy and Cam Shaneyfelt; mother, Lucille Farley; brother, Bobby Lee McKinney; sisters, Jan Renfrow, Ann Howard, Cathy (Conrad) Doss and Tracy (Allen) Kimbrough; very special aunt, Faye Taylor (Cookie); very special friends, Butch and Jay Brooks and an extended host of loving nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, other family members and friends. Her funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2012 at Messmer Goodwin Funeral Home Chapel beginning at 2:00 p.m. with burial to follow in Oakwood Memorial Gardens. Bro. Brandon Doss and Chaplain Alton King to officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Monday, April 16, 2012 between the hours of 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Sol-Amor Health Care for their loving care, kindness and support given not only to Sandy but to her family. >
