Mrs. Anne Stewart, age 64, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday October 15, 2014. Anne was born in Gainesville, Florida, May 29, 1950, to Evelyn Cook Golding Quick and Dilworth Clark Quick. She lived in the area until her marriage to Michael Hayward Stewart in 1973. After traveling with her husband during his Naval career the couple, along with their daughter Rebecca Anne Stewart, moved back to Wakulla in 1993. She was a member of Medart Assembly of God and was a volunteer at the Wakulla County Historical Society and a substitute teacher at Medart Elementary School. She is survived by husband, Mike Stewart of Crawfordville, Florida; one daughter, Rebecca Stewart of Crawfordville, Florida; brothers, Butch and Dave Quick of Tallahassee, Florida, and many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held Sunday, October 19, 2014 at 6:00 P.M. at Medart Assembly of God with Pastor Nick Chisler officiating.
