Sadie Nelva Rambo Clark, 82, of 4253 Knighten Chapel Road, died Sunday, Nov. 25, 2007.Mrs. Clark was born Aug. 16, 1925, in Saluda County to the late William Monroe Rambo and Sadie Alma Butler Rambo. She was a shining example of perfect love, not only to her family but to all who knew her. She was faithful to her church and served in many capacities such as Sunday school administrator, world missions leader, Finance Committee and faithful prayer servant. All of her grandchildren were special to her, especially those who had a part in her care-giving needs, Amanda Lawson of the home, Jonathan and Jessica Stone and Brandon Redd, who is serving in Iraq. Along with the grandchildren, two sons-in-law, Haskell Stone and Jimmy Redd; a special friend, Clyde Robinson; and her loving sister and her children who also helped her with her care-giving needs.Surviving are three daughters, Edith Stone and her husband, Haskell, Glenda Redd and her husband, Jimmy, and Janice Jordan; one sister, Edna Barnett; eight grandchildren, Jonathan and Jessica Stone, Baron Redd, Jason and Joshua Jordan, Marland and Ray Bates and Amanda Lawson of the home; and eight great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by one son, Ronnie Jordan; two daughters, Sadie Bates and Gloria Lawson; one brother, James Rambo; and one sister, Virginia Minor.Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Fletcher Funeral Service.Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Church of God of Prophecy.
