JORDAN Ruth T. Jordan, 84, beloved wife of Ira Jordan passed away on Friday, April 7, 2006. She fought a courageous battle against cancer for ten years. She and Ira were married for sixty-four years and also shared the same birthday, the day after Christmas. After forty years of continuous service at Price Waterhouse Cooper, her strength and fortitude kept her working up until two weeks before her death. A longtime member of Murray Hill Methodist Church, she is survived by her husband, Ira (Bogie) Jordan, daughter, Linda Genovese (Fred); son, Gary Jordan (June); two granddaughters, Amy Master (Glenn), and Melissa Bell; one great-grandson, Austin Master; and also her niece, Annie Laurie Holland. The family will receive friends for the Visitation on Mon. April 10, 2006 from 6-8pm at the Hardage Giddens Funeral Home, 729 S. Edgewood Ave. Graveside services will be held on Tue.
