GREER, SC -->Ruth S. Howell GREER, SC-- Ruth Snow Howell, 97, widow of D.I. 'Bolt' Howell, died December 20, 2014 at her home. A native of Duncan, SC, she was a daughter of the late John P. and May Green Snow, a retired employee of J.P. Stevens and member of Victor Baptist Church. Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law, Brenda and Don Bartlett of Greer; son and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Judy Howell of Waveland, MS; a brother, Edd Snow of Duncan; five grandchildren,; eight great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son and daughter-in-law, Stephen 'Steve' M. and Patty S. Howell. Graveside services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday at Wood Memorial Park, conducted by Rev.
