Ruth Mary Smith died on Sunday, July 25, 2010, at Morristown Memorial Hospital. She was 83. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, July 28, at 11 a.m. at Whitham - Kanapaux Funeral Home, 20 Keller Ave., Rockaway. Mrs. Smith was a parishioner of St. Cecilia's Church in Rockaway. She was predeceased by her husband, George A., in 1985. She is survived by three sons, George B. and his wife, Eugina, of Rockaway, Robert G. of West Orange, and James P. and his wife, Lynda, of Hackettstown; a daughter, Ruth M.
