BOCCARD - Ruth Marie, devoted wife and loving mother born January 30, 1926 Greenpoint, Brooklyn, NY. Died March 4, 2008. She is survived by her loving husband Wilbur and her children Daniel and Elizabeth, Richard and Susie, Fredrick and Sue, Thomas and Joann, William and Sue, John and Mary Ann, Ruth and Michael, Dianne and Patrick, 49 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, and 3 brothers and in-laws Anne and Blair Reinard, Paul and Marilyn Wareing, Donald and Alice Wareing, Richard and Barbara Wareing, Joan Wareing, and many other cousins. She was very active in St. Hugh of Lincoln Church where she held every office in the Ladies Auxiliary and participated in the P.T.A., Secretary of the Veterans of the Foreign War Auxiliary, Treasurer of the Huntington Republican Club, and the Huntington Crescent Club Women's Group. She loved golf, and was one of few women who had two hole in one. She may have been only one person in the world, but she was the world to us.
