Ruth McDowell (née MacDonald) September 7, 1913 - April 27, 2004 Born September 7, 1913 in Neepawa, Manitoba passed away on April 27, 2004. She was the daughter of Violet Constance (Lang) and George Harvey MacDonald f Neepawa, Manitoba. She was predeceased by her husband John (Jack) McDowell, a former member of the Legislative Assembly of Manitoba. She is survived by her sister-in-law Ethel MacDonald of Etobicoke, ON and her nieces Heather Arrowsmith of Burlington, ON, Lorraine Wilkes and Betty Vaughan of White Rock, BC and grand-niece, Vickie Vaughan of Vancouver, nephew, Robert MacDonald of Burlington, ON and grand-nephews Darren and Douglas Arrowsmith of Mississauga ON. Cremation will take place and the ashes will be placed with her family in the Neepawa Cemetery, Manitoba. Special thanks to the staff at Grace Hospital and Tuxedo Ville.
