Ruth M. Cooper Ruth M. Cooper, 83, passed away on March 13, 2013. She was born on March 10, 1930, to Ida Proctor and Floyd Cooper. She was predeceased by Carl Cooper, Katharine Sanders, Betty Lannon and Dorothy Pickering. She leaves behind many nieces and nephews. Interment will be at the family's convenience. Donations may be made to Hospeace House, Canandaigua Ambulance or Hopewell Fire Department.
