Ruth Kelly Smith, 57, of 7 Matilda Court, died Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2001, at Saint Francis Hospital. Born in Honea Path, she was aSmithdaughter of the late Rev. B.F. and Rosie Howard Kelly.
