SMITH, Ruth Jane 84, passed away June 28, 2013. She was a native New Yorker where she worked as a legal secretary for some of the top law firms in the country. Ruth was a devout Catholic who touched the hearts and souls of everyone she met. She was the loving mother of her son, John and his wife, Leandra of Orlando; her daughter, Jayne and her husband, Jim of Safety Harbor; and 6 beautiful grandchildren, Steven, Jessica, Amanda, James Michael, Stephanie and Emma. She was predeceased by her cherished son, Richard. A memorial Mass will be held at Espiritu Santo Catholic Church, Safety Harbor on Saturday, July 20, 2013 at 11 am.
