RUTH I. JOHNSON LOWELL, IN Ruth I. Johnson, Age 97, of Lowell, IN, passed away on Sunday, September 6, 2009. She is survived by 2 nieces, Maxine Wilson, and Pauline Fuller, both of Lowell; 1 nephew, Kenneth (Gretchen) Johnson, of Lake Forrest, IL. She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth, 5 brothers, and 2 sisters. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, September 10, 2009, at 2:00 p.m. at the Sheets Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 604 E. Commercial Ave., Lowell, IN, with Pastor Bill Dunfee officiating and burial following in Lowell Memorial Gardens, Lowell, IN. Friends are invited to call on Wednesday from 3-8pm at the funeral home. Ruth was a member of the First United Methodist Church and Alpha Star Circle, Lowell. She was a volunteer at Lowell Health Care in Lowell, and a member of the Lowell Woman's Club
