Ruth E. Hall, 86, Bradenton, died Nov. 17, 2006, at Blake Medical Center. She was born Jan. 23, 1920, in Brooklyn, N.Y., and came to Bradenton 26 years ago from Staten Island, N.Y. She was a homemaker and a Protestant. Survivors include her husband, James; a daughter, Janet Martens of Bradenton; a son, Kenneth of Glenwood, N.J.; and five grandchildren. No visitation or services are planned. Shannon Funeral Home, Westview Chapel, handled arrangements.
