CLEARWATER, Fla. Ruth C. Miller, 84, died Friday, March 26, 2004 at the East Bay Nursing Center in Clearwater after a long illness. Born and raised in Albany, Ruth was the devoted daughter of the late Walter Kircher and Corenila VanAlystne and the beloved wife of the late Victor A. Miller. Ruth worked for many years as a personnel director with the Internal Revenue Service in Albany. Her niece, Pamella R. Kelley and her husband William of Largo, Fla.; as well as several great and great-great-nieces and nephews survive her. There will be no calling hours. Interment will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, So. Bethlehem, N.Y. The family will announce a memorial service later this spring.
