MILLER, Ruth B. Age 102 of Elmira, NY passed away Monday, March 22, 2010 at the Chemung County Nursing Facility. Family and friends are invited to her memorial service on Wednesday, April 14th at 11 a.m. in Lake St. Presbyterian Church, 300 Lake St., Elmira. Rev. Ross Raymond will officiate. In lieu of flowers those wishing may remember Ruth through donations to Lake St. Presbyterian Church or the Chemung County Historical Society. Walter J. Kent Funeral Home is assisting the family.
