JEFFERSONVILLE DAVIS, RUTH B. "LADYBUG", 83, of Jeffersonville formerly of Louisville died Wednesday, June 21, 2006 at her residence. She was born in Louisville, KY and was a cashier and food specialist for Winn-Dixie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Williams Davis; parents, William and Frances Thomas; three brothers and three sisters. She is survived by a daughter, Debbie Leitner, Jeffersonville, IN; four brothers; Joe, Greg, Paul and Donnie Thomas all of Louisville; sister, Jeanie Ford, Louisville; two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Graveside memorial services for Ruth will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 28, at Zachary Taylor Cemetery in Louisville. There will be no visitation, the body was cremated.
