ALEXANDER, Ruth (nee Brazier). Of Montreal West, peacefully in hospital on January 19, 2004 in her ninety-eighth year. Beloved wife of the late George K. Alexander. Survived by her nieces Linda Currie Barter, Jean Ziegler, Caroline Lewis and Thelma Donald all of Ontario and her nephews Donald N. Currie of Ontario and Norman J. Currie, Montreal. Dear friend to many that enjoyed her love, friendship and generous hospitality over the years. Memorial service to be held on Saturday, January 31 at 11 a.m. in the Collins Clarke MacGillivray White Funeral Home Chapel (5610 Sherbrooke St. W.). Interment of the ashes to take place at a later date at the Westminster Memorial Park Cemetery, Toronto. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to the CNIB or the Alzheimer Society of Montreal are appreciated.
