SCHENECTADY Russell W. Carter, 85, died Friday, December 26, 2003. Survived by his brother, Frederick L. Carter (Jean) of Grosspoint Woods, Mich.; three sisters-in-law, Marion (Lonnie) Carter of Springfield, Ill., Patricia Ball of Castro Valley, Calif. and Beverly Ball of Jacksonville, Ill. Funeral services Tuesday at 12 noon at the Griswold Funeral Home, 1867 State Street in Schenectady. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Interment will follow at Parkview Cemetery.
