CARTER, Rev. Russell C., 90, of Tampa relin-quished his worldly body Friday to be with his Lord and his sweet-heart, Barbara. Rev Carter served both his country as a Navy bombardier during WWII and his Lord from October 20, 1947-November 1, 2010 as a southern Baptist minister throughout the United States. Rev Carter is survived by his brother, Arthur Carter of Seffner; three children; 12 grand-children; and 16 great-grandchildren. A viewing will be held at 1pm and a service at 2pm both at Sheldon Road Baptist Church on Saturday, January 18th.
