She is survived by her son, James Harris III (Tampa), and daughter, Katherine Martin (Atlanta, GA) and husband Larry, three grandchildren, Robert and Gordon Harris and Alexandra Martin, one great granddaughter, Hailey Harris, brother, Laverne "Bud" Turner, three sisters, Evelyn Ferguson, Madeline Holloman and Carolyn Johnson, and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Harris, Jr. The family will receive friends Saturday, June 2, 2012 from 2-4 pm at the Blount & Curry West Chapel, 6802 Silvermill Dr., Tampa where a service of remembrance will be held at 4:00 pm.
