HARRELL, Ruby Nelle Age 77, born on November 14, 1931 in New Johnsonville, TN, passed away Tuesday, December 2, 2008. She was loved and will be missed by family, friends and neighbors. Mrs. Harrell was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart, her husband, Quinton Harrell, Jr.; son, Jerry Heard; sister, Betty Felts; nephew, Donald Felts. Survived by son, Greg Heard; daughter-in-law, Brenda (Jerry) Heard; step-daughters, June McMahon (Joe), Janice Minton (Doug), Jill Painter, Joyce Hunt (Terry); brother, Bobby Matlock; grandchildren, Brett, Spencer & Tara Heard, Bridgett & Stefanie Heard; step-grandchildren, Lisa Biles, Chris & Daniel Scruggs, Scott Westerman, Stephanie Racine, Carey & Julie Painter, Kim & Keith Moore, Jayme Hunt, Shanda Sewell; 5 great-grandchildren; 16 step-great-grandchildren; nephew, Bobby Matlock; nieces, Cindy Lowry & Barbara Garich. Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Thursday, December 4, 2008 at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, Rev. Hubert Cunningham officiating. Interment will follow in the Memory Gardens. Family will receive friends 3 - 7 p.m. Wednesday at Harpeth Hills Funeral Home, 646-9292. MEDINA FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION in charge, (731) 783-1110.
