SCOTT, Ruby Mae Died peacefully April 1, 2005, at the Victoria General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Alistair Clothier. She will be greatly missed by her brother, Dr. Arthur (Sallie) Scott, as well as her nieces and nephews.Ruby enjoyed a long career in nursing. She was the Director of Nursing at Toronto's North Western Hospital for 17 years. She then spent several years at the Grace Hospital working in paliative care. She moved to Victoria in 1992, where she enjoyed her retirement fully.Ruby will be sadly missed by many. We will remember her sparkling blue eyes, her easy laugh and her compassion for others.
