She retired as a florist from Bi-Lo. She was a member of Christ United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. Ruby enjoyed cooking, baking, reading, and jig-saw puzzles. She also enjoyed white-water rafting and collecting cook books.Surviving are her companion, Don Stanberry; a son, Mike Henry and wife Angie; two daughters, Kim Stanberry, and Kelly Topper and husband Pat; a brother, Paul "Pee-Wee" Jordan and wife Barbara; a sister, Shirley Owens and husband Joe; and four grandchildren, Carylanne, Will, and Catelyn Henry, and Olivia Topper.Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday at Christ United Methodist Church, officiated by Rev. Larry Smith and Rev. Tommy Lowe. Burial will be in Mount Olive Baptist Church in Hickory Tavern. The family will receive friends at the church for one hour prior to the service.Memorials may be made to Christ United Methodist Church, 901 Easley Bridge Road, Greenville, SC 29611.Fletcher Funeral Service
