Ruby Kathleen Carter, 104, of Terre Haute, died at 8:37 p.m. Wednesday, June 18, 2014, in Terre Haute Union Hospital.Survivors include two nephews, Ray Rogers of Fort Wayne, and James E. Carter of Seymour; a niece, Margaret Lee Frazier of Arlington, Texas; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. today at Faith Baptist Church, Terre Haute. Burial will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Saturday at the church. DeBaun Funeral Homes and Crematory are handling the arrangements.
