WILSON, RUBY JANE LASTER, 46, died at Clark Memorial Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN, Saturday, January 21, 2006. She studied nursing at Spalding University and the University of Louisville and worked for many years as an RN at Norton Audubon Hospital. She was a devoted Christian and a member of Eastside Christian Church in Jeffersonville. She is survived by her husband, Stephen Wilson; and their five children, Matthew, Alexina, Johnmark, Zechariah, and Mary; her father and stepmother, Carl and Mary Lou Laster of Hopkinsville; her sisters, Joyce Dezarn and Phyllis Downey; her brother, Thomas Laster; and her grandmother, Ruby Rager. Her funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Highlands Family Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow at Cave Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2-8 p.m., and on Wednesday from 10-11 a.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of contributions to Portland Christian School.
