HENDERSON, Ruby (nee Simpson) Passed away suddenly on August 5, 2010, at North Bay General Hospital at 91 years of age. Beloved wife of the late William Henderson (2002) with whom she celebrated 56 years of marriage. Loving mother of Bev Henderson (Kim Lambkins) of Powasson, and the late Bonnie Clark (1995) (Harry). Treasured grandmother of Dan Legris, Michelle Brownlee (Jeff Valin), Donna Clark (Rusty Avery) and Julie Pearson (Phil Pearson). Loved great-grandmother of Ashton and Kaytlin Legris, Irin, Jadan, Ruby and Malcolm Avery, Kevin and Katie Pearson. Sister of the late Bill Simpson (Gladys) and the late Gerald Simpson (Mary). Sister-in-law of the late Gerald Henderson, the late Bob Henderson (Marge) and Ernie Henderson (Lois). Prede-ceased by her parents, Walter and Emma Simpson. Ruby will be sadly missed by her nieces and nephews. Ruby was a longtime resident of Essex. She was a member of the Essex United Church and the Essex Retirees. Ruby is resting at the Kennedy Funeral Home Ltd. (519-776-7378), 128 Talbot St. North, Essex, on Tuesday August 10, 2010, from 10 a.m. until time of the funeral service at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
