JONES Ruby Graham Jones, 95, passed away on November 18, 2001. Born in Clarendon County, South Carolina on June 11, 1906, she was the daughter of Louise Elizabeth Thames Graham and Joseph Elliott Graham. She later moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where she met and married Grady Walter Jones. Mrs. Jones was a member of Southside Baptist Church for over 60 years, where she was a member of the Womens Missionary Union and coordinated the church nursery for many years. She was a valued member and officer of many organizations, including the United Daughters of the Confederacy, Huguenot Society of Florida, Society of New England Women, Daughters of the American Colonist, Southern Dames of America, Order of the Eastern Star, P.E.O and Daughters of the Nile. Mrs. Jones was preceded in death on September 22, 2001 by her husband of 63 years, Grady Walter Jones. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Horace D. Graham, Sr. and her sisters, Elizabeth G. Staton, Phosa A. Graham, Myrtle P. Graham and Rounette G. Brock. She is survived by her daughter, Judith J. Adams; granddaughter and grandson-in-law, J. Courtney Reilly and Richard G. Reilly; great-granddaughter, Mackenzie A. Reilly and great- grandson, Hunter G. Reilly, all of Jacksonville, Florida and her sisters, Juanita G. Eason, Jacksonville, Florida, Virginia G. Harper and Susan G. Smith, Charleston, South Carolina; many nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2001 at 11:30 a.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery, 4300 Beach Boulevard with Reverend Mark O. Wilbanks, Pastor of Southside Baptist Church, officiating.
