Ruby Frances Brown, 82, widow of Earl Brown, of 260 Old Highway 357, died Monday, April 16, 2001. A native of Buchannan, Va., she was a daughter of the late Thomas Harvey and Molly Bell White Brown. Survivors: Sons, Tom Brown of Chesnee, James Brown and Robert Brown, both of Landrum, and Tim Brown of Campobello; daughters, Barbara Foster of Fingerville, and Kathy Sellars of Campobello; sisters, Laverna Smith of Richmond, Va., and Maize Cole of Martinsville, Va.; 13 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
