CARTER, Ruby A. (Massey). Born in Montreal, February 7, 1948, died after a long battle with heart and lung disease on Thursday, June 13, 2002 in Plattsburgh. Survived by her son, Cory Scott Carter, her sister, brother-in-law and niece, Virginia and Graham Frampton and Amber Rose Teodorovici, her brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Shirley Massey and many other family and friends. Funeral Services will be Saturday, June 15, 2002 from 1 to 3 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad Street, Plattsburgh, NY with a Funeral Service at 3 p.m.
