-> Mrs. Ruby Bell Walker Williams, died Saturday, December 11, 2004. The daughter of the late Willie and Mary Walker was born in Bartow, GA on December 24, 1923. Mrs. Williams Joined Conner's Temple Baptist at an early age under the leadership of Reverend Conner. She received an education in the local public schools and graduated from Beach/Cuyler. Mrs. Williams retired from the Chatham County Board of Education where she served many years as a cafeteria manager. Mrs. Williams is preceded in death by two sisters and four brothers. She also lost her daughter, Rodney Williams Stewart. She is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Robert F. Willaims; her devoted daughters, Mrs. Gwendolyn Williams Dad of Savannah, Mrs. Cynthia Williams Jones of Atlanta and Ms. Jennifer C. Williams of Savannah. Mrs. Williams leaves three sisters, Mrs. Julia Caraway (Leverne) of Philadelphia, Mrs. Eugenia White of Philadelphia and Mrs. Louise Nedd of Savannah. Mrs. Williams was the grandmother of 16 and the great-grandmother of 39. She leaves a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Williams & Williams Funeral Home 1012 E.
