Roy William Horton Roy William Horton, 69, died April 2, 2010, at Triumph Health Care in Houston, Texas. He was born in Mt. Pleasant, FL and had lived in Houston for approximately the last 30 years. Prior to that time he had worked as a laboratory assistant. After moving to Houston he began working in the printing field, owning his own printing business prior to retirement.He attended schools in Gadsden County, Lively Technical School, Tallahassee, and Chipola Junior College, Marianna, Florida. Survivors include his sister, Gladys "Bunkie" Horton-Smothers, and brother-in-law, Paul Smothers of Ft Pierce, FL; brother-in-law, Allen Hickey, Mt Pleasant, FL; and nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.He was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed by those friends and family members.
